DESING
In line with the requests received from our customers, we are carrying out application-specific project studies according to the shared system data (power, speed, scenario).
We continue our partnership structure with our customers from the beginning of the project to commissioning and after-sales processes, and we contribute to their development with our experience.
OUR MACHINE PARK
Our journey, which started with 1 Okuma brand CNC vertical machining center, continues to strengthen with 2 Okuma brand horizontal machining centers that joined our track at the end of 2022. As Flowmac, we continue our investments to increase our capacity and quality. Below is the list of machines and equipment currently in our park.
OUR MEASURING DEVICES
We use Mitutoyo brand Precision Hole Measuring Device to measure hole diameters.
We provide the diameters and thread controls of all the holes on the manifolds we have produced, with go/nogo thread plug gauges.
CLEANING COATING
With the awareness of how important pollution is for the hydraulic system and what kind of problems a small piece of burr can cause, we prevent these risks with the establishment of the ultrasonic washing line that we have our incorporated. After the visual control and intervention, your manifolds that enter the ultrasonic washing line are checked once again with magnifying glass and micro cameras after leaving the washing.
Coating : We coat the hydraulic manifold according to the required coating type and coating thickness to protect it from the corrosive effects caused by the working environment. We provide the necessary controls with the coating thickness inspection after coating.
