Burr Cleaning

With the awareness of how important pollution is for the hydraulic system and what kind of problems a small piece of burr can cause, we prevent these risks with the establishment of the ultrasonic washing line that we have our incorporated.

After the visual control and intervention, your manifolds that enter the ultrasonic washing line are checked once again with magnifying glass and micro cameras after leaving the washing.

Coating Process

We coat the hydraulic manifold according to the required coating type and coating thickness to protect it from the corrosive effects caused by the working environment.
We provide the necessary controls with the coating thickness inspection after coating.
