OUR INTEGRATED
Quality Program
Flowmac, which proceeds with the philosophy of Total Quality Management; It has integrated ISO-9001, ISO-14001, ISO-45001, ISO-10002 Management Systems and established the Integrated Management System.
Our policy, which includes the necessary statements of the Integrated Management System, was created with the participation and support of our senior management and includes the following commitments.
- To move forward with our realistic goals in order to make the Integrated Management System effective and continuously improve it,
- To act in accordance with the legal requirements with the customer for quality production and service,
- To manage the risks and opportunities for the Integrated Management System with the right methodology by constantly reviewing its suitability,
- Fulfilling legal and remedial practices to protect employee health and safety,
- To raise awareness of our colleagues on quality, customer satisfaction, occupational safety and environment and to make them active participants of Management Systems,
- With the awareness of the reduction of natural resources with global climate change, reducing the pollution from its source to a minimum level and supporting recycling,
- To follow and evaluate the notifications from our customers and to make the necessary returns to our customers as soon as possible,
